#1 Derrick Williams
The highly regarded talent out of Arizona hasn’t played up to his potential this season. He is still struggling to find his range from the floor, shooting under 40 percent from the field. And add to the fact that he hasn’t played in three of the past four games due to the coach’s decision, and it spells panic.
#2 Metta World Peace
World Peace is slowly fading as a player. And all of his numbers are showing it, including his point per game average (which is down 2 points).
#3 Joe Johnson
Johnson is an All-Star to boot. But throwing up 15 shots a game and scoring 15 points a game should make you think twice about filling out that All-Star ballot.
#4 Rashard Lewis
Who does he play for again? The Heat? Good luck getting on the floor, especially with Ray Allen getting looks. We couldn't even find a picture of him playing.
#5 Kendrick Perkins
Yes, Perkins brings a sort of raw, tough-guy mentality to an otherwise soft Oklahoma City Thunder team. But he might just be the worst offensive center in the game. That shouldn’t bode well for a team with NBA Finals aspirations.
#6 Michael Beasley
How many games is enough to bench one of your starters? Is 18 enough? The former No. 2 selection in the NBA draft has devolved into a shell of his self in college, posting 3 ppg less than his career average.
#7 Austin Rivers
Rivers was awarded extended minutes due to the injury of Eric Gordon. The 2012 first-round pick hasn’t proved his worth yet, averaging a measly 6 points per contest. Not even enough to warrant a nod from his pops over in Boston.
#8 Josh Smith
Without Joe Johnson manning the wing, the team relied solely on Smith to do the team’s scoring. Though he has maintained his career average of 16 ppg, it takes him a lot more shot attempts to get there.
